    3. Step 3: Download

      Files are named with their new size, for example photo-1920x1080.jpg. Download one by one or as a ZIP.

    Questions and answers

    How do I resize to an exact size like 1920 × 1080?
    Choose Exact size, enter the width and height and turn off “Keep the aspect ratio”. If the image has a different shape, pick Crop (fills the size and cuts the edges), Fit with colour (keeps the whole image with borders) or Stretch. With the ratio kept, the other side follows each image’s shape instead.

    Does enlarging make the image blurry?
    Less than a normal resize: enlarging uses the same edge-aware upscaling and adaptive sharpening as the 4K upscaler, and the Sharpness slider controls it. Reducing uses Lanczos3, which keeps small images crisp without jagged edges.

    How does the aspect-ratio crop work with several images?
    The crop is centred on every image. Select an image and move or resize the box in the preview to change the crop for that image only; the others stay centred. With the keyboard, focus the box and use the arrow keys to move it and Shift + arrow keys to resize it.

    What does straightening do to the edges?
    Turning an image leaves empty corners. By default the tool crops them away, keeping the same shape; turn that off to keep the whole image and fill the corners with a colour instead. A grid appears on the preview while you straighten.

    In which order are the changes applied?
    Rotate, flip and straighten first, then crop and resize. The size shown in the queue is the exact size of the file you download.
